- ChatConfig: 9/9 fields (100%)
- PersonalityConfig: 8/8 fields (100%)
- MemoryConfig: 9/9 fields (100%)
- ExpressionConfig: 13/13 fields (100%)
- WebUIConfig: 8/8 fields (100%)
- DatabaseConfig: 1/1 fields (100%)

All user-facing fields now have x-widget and x-icon metadata.
Complex fields marked as 'custom' for Hook rendering.

Completes Task 9 of webui-config-visualization-refactor plan.
